Interactive Water Playground
Experience all our Blue Ridge Mountain campground has to offer with our camper-favorite attraction! Complete with 165-foot long water slides, two kiddie water slides, 13 water blasters, two water cannons, and a 750-gallon hydrostorm bucket that periodically dumps 750 gallons of water on anyone standing beneath it—our water playground is sure to provide hours of fun for all our campers!

Blue Ridge Mountain Coaster
Are you up for this downhill adventure?! Our new Blue Ridge Mountain Coaster will thrill and excite you! Wind down Cove Mountain on almost a mile of loops and curves at speeds of up to 25 mph! *Weight limit: 375 pounds, Height restriction: 4′ 8″
Water Zipline
Instead of jumping off the dock into the lake, try out the best zipline in North Carolina! Start from a tower and zoom down into the lake with our water zipline for an exciting way to cool off during warmer months.

Ranger Smith™ Pool
Looking for a North Carolina campground with a pool? No problem! Spend the day swimming or relaxing at Ranger Smith™ Pool! If you need a refreshment, take a seat at our swim-up bar! Perfect for cooler weather, our large warming tubs offer a spa-like experience that the adults will love. *Open daily from April 2 - October 29.
Water Rentals
Take a spin around our picturesque lake in a canoe, kayak, stand-up paddle board, or pedal boat! Water crafts can be rented from our Lakeside Shack for $5/hr!

*We do not accept cash at the Lakeside Shack. We accept credit cards or guests can charge the payment to their site.

Wibit
Play all day at the lake on our brand new Wibit - an inflatable water obstacle course! Race your friends across the course or bounce around at a leisure pace. Just make sure to wear your life jacket! Life jackets are supplied at the lake but are first come, first served. We suggest bringing a life jacket from home due to variable availability.

Laser Tag
Laser Tag is a high-tech combination of tag and hide-and-seek. The course is open for day and night play, with games lasting 30 minutes.

Mini Golf
Spend the day at our North Carolina campground putting around at our 18-hole fun and challenging mini golf course!
Jumping Pillow & Pad
Our huge pillow-shaped inflatables provides hours of jumpin’ fun for the whole family at our Camp-Resort!
Gem Mining
Golden Valley Mining Co. is our very own mine and panning sluice. The mine is a fabricated shaft where campers can search for rocks, shells, and gemstones. Each panning kit contains an assortment of gemstones or fossils hidden among the sand! Mining bags can be purchased at the Ranger Station or Registration Station!
Ol' Swimming Hole
Want to cool off during the warmer months? Make a splash at the Ol’ Swimmin Hole!
Pickleball & Tennis
Pickleball is a paddle sport which combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis! Practice your backspin or play a leisurely game of tennis with friends.
Lookout Tower
Enjoy a 1-mile hike to the top of Cove Mountain for an amazing view from our new look-out tower! This is a great way to see all of the Blue Ridge Mountain camping views!

Swing, climb, and explore on our playgrounds at the best family campground in North Carolina.
Giant Chess
Head down to the lake for a game of giant chess! They’re glow-in-the-dark for night play, too. Who will win?!
Hiking Trails
Our North Carolina camping resort has three 1-mile trails throughout the park for all day hiking fun! 
Candy Bar Bingo
Join us at the Lakeside Pavilion or the Arts & Crafts Building for a game of bingo with a twist! Winners take home candy! Candy bars can be purchased at the time of the activity.
Volleyball
Bump, set, spike! Grab some friends for a game of volleyball at our Blue Ridge campground.
Basketball
Campers can challenge friends and family to some friendly competition at our basketball court!
Scavenger Hunt: Coming soon!
Go on a scavenger hunt around Jellystone Park™! Pick up a map for free at the Registration Station or Ranger Station and then look for clues to find the secret message. Everyone who brings in the secret message will get a surprise gift!
"Hey Hey" Rides
On select days and nights throughout the season, enjoy a “Hey Hey” Ride while camping in the North Carolina mountains! Glow sticks are available for purchase at the Ranger Station to light up the darkness during nighttime rides, too!
Lakeside Swings
Enjoy Blue Ridge camping with a view at our Lakeside Swings! Located by the lake, you're sure to have lots of fun by the water!
Arts & Crafts
Tie-dye, ceramics, glitter tattoos, and more await you at our East Coast campground! Plus, enjoy specially themed crafts!

Fishing
Drop a line into our lake from the shoreline, kayak, or a canoe. No license is required but please catch and release. Bring fishing supplies or purchase them at the Ranger Station!
Gaga Ball
A kinder, gentler version of dodge ball and four square, Gaga Ball is played in an octagon-shaped pit with a soft foam or rubber ball and combines the skills of dodging, running, striking and jumping—all while trying to hit opponents with the ball below the knees. The more players, the better!
Tram Rides
Beep beep! We’re making it super easy to get to and from all of our fun attractions with our two new trams! Pick up locations are located throughout the Camp-Resort. Plus, each tram can seat up to 24 people — enough space for the whole family to join! View the tram map here! *Trams are only running when golf carts are sold out!
Ropes Course
Challenge your friends to a daring adventure on our ropes course located at the top of the Ridge!
Rock Wall
