Our Blue Ridge Mountain Coaster boasts speeds of up to 27 mph and an average ride time of 6 minutes. With manual brakes, riders can choose a fast-paced adventure or take in the mountainous scenery at a slower pace. Either way, enjoy 3,226 feet of fun at Jellystone Park™️ Golden Valley!

What are the age and height requirements to drive a sled on the Blue Ridge Mountain Coaster?

Drivers must be 9 years or older and a minimum of 54" tall to drive or ride alone. Drivers must be 16 years or older to drive with an accompanying passenger.

What are the age and height requirements to be a passenger on the Blue Ridge Mountain Coaster?

Passengers must be at 3 years or older and a minimum of 38" to ride. Riders must be accompanied by a drive of 16 years or older.

How many riders are allowed on one sled?

There is a maximum of 2 riders per sled.

Are there weight restrictions to ride the Blue Ridge Mountain Coaster?

The total weight of the sled occupants must not exceed 350 lbs during dry conditions, or 300 lbs during wet conditions.

I need to cancel - what should I do?

Cancellations must be requested via email to info@campgoldenvalley.com within 48 hours of the card charge to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests outside of this 48-hour window will result in a full forfeiture of funds.
