Our North Carolina campground is the best Blue Ridge camping destination for many reasons. Tucked away at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains, you won't experience a camping experience like any other while at our Camp-Resort. How do I ride the Blue Ridge Mountain Coaster?

Do you have golf cart rentals?

We do! You can add a golf cart, cabana, or any of our other add-ons to your reservation by calling us or by adding one to your reservation while booking online! For more information click here.

Do you offer any cabins for large groups?

Yes, we do! Our North Carolina group cabins are breathtaking and are a great option for those with big families or are camping with friends! We have 7 different group lodge options: Laurel Cove Lodge (sleeps 10), Richland Mountain Retreat (sleeps 13), Sassafras Ridge Lodge (sleeps 14), Rippling Waters Lodge (sleeps 14), Cherry Mountain Cabin (sleeps 8), River Birch Retreat (sleeps 6), and our Luckadoo Lodge (sleeps 16). What are your peak and non-peak season dates and does that impact what attractions are available?

Our Camp-Resort dates and availability of attractions vary throughout the season. During non-peak season, some attractions are only available during the weekends. To check availability for select attractions, visit our Attractions page.

Our seasonal dates are as follows:

Open: March 20 - November 29

Peak Season: (Water attractions & activities available daily) : May 22, 2026 –

August 9, 2026

Non-Peak Season: March 20 - May 21 & August 10 - November 29

Can I tour your North Carolina camping resort?

We are more than happy to show off our North Carolina campground but please schedule a visit in advance by giving us a call or sending us an email! Unfortunately, weekend tours during the season are not available.

Is there an on-site restaurant?

Yes! Campers and the general public have an amazing opportunity to enjoy camp-inspired food at the Camp-Resort’s own restaurant, Scouts’ Table.
