Enjoy North Carolina RV camping at its finest at Jellystone Park™ Golden Valley!

RV campers can choose from back-in or pull-thru, as well as locations right near the action or more private sites among the trees. All RV sites are equipped with electric, water, and sewer hook-ups, as well as a picnic table and fire ring.

Due to the close proximity, we also offer the best RV camping near Asheville, NC and Charlotte, NC. No matter which campsite you choose, you're sure to make memories that will last a lifetime.

Please note: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the Camp-Resort. Due to our mountain location, signal strength may vary, especially at some RV sites.

Our daily resort fee helps us maintain and improve the variety of amenities and activities available for you to enjoy during your stay like mini golf, playground, and more. We want each guest to have a fun and memorable experience, and this small fee supports our efforts to continually improve and expand these offerings.

Our Interactive Water Playground is great for kids and features various water blasters, cannons, and slides, while our Ranger Smith™ Pool is perfect for kids and adults alike! Why should I stay at your Blue Ridge campground over others campgrounds in the area?

Our North Carolina campground is the best Blue Ridge camping destination for many reasons. Tucked away at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains, you won't experience a camping experience like any other while at our Camp-Resort. During your stay, you're sure to enjoy gorgeous mountain views from your cabin or campsite, as well as waterfront views due to the swimming lake and rivers that are located throughout our Camp-Resort. Due to the various attractions and activities included in your stay, you'll love Blue Ridge Mountain camping at Jellystone Park™ Golden Valley!

What are the quiet hours?

Quiet hours are: 10PM – 8AM, Sunday – Thursday and 11PM – 7AM, Friday – Saturday.

Any guest under 18 years of age must be at their campsite or cabin during these hours, unless accompanied by an adult.

Will my reservation guarantee a specific site or cabin assignment?

We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin location by paying our applicable lock in fee. If you opt out of the lock in fee, you are guaranteed your selected site or cabin type, but not the specific unit number.

How far in advance should I make my reservation?

We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance of desired arrival date, as our Blue Ridge Mountain campground will fill up quickly! We book reservations up to 360 days in advance!

How do I reserve my stay?

You can book your stay on our website by clicking "Reserve Now" throughout the site or give us a call at (828) 417-0086!

How many people are allowed per site?

The cabin or campsite rate accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children under 18 years old. 4 adults, 4 children maximum per site. Additional person fee applies.

What is the cancellation policy?

Can I bring my pet with me?

Yes! Pets are allowed at our RV sites and pet-friendly cabins. Pets are not allowed at tent sites, at our playgrounds, Comfort Stations, or other buildings.

Guests or visitors may not bring pets with them. If they arrive with a pet, they may not be permitted to enter the Camp-Resort. Pet owners must keep their pet leashed at all times and are responsible for noise control and clean-up. We reserve the right to remove hostile or disruptive pets from the park. Make sure to fill out our pet waiver.

When is the cheapest time to book?

Visit us in the spring or fall and enjoy reduced rates! Please keep in mind, attractions are limited to weekends only during these times. Enjoy reduced rates during the week (Sunday - Thursday), all season long!

Can I have visitors at my site?

Yes! The following visitor fees apply:

Non-Peak Season $24 / overnight, $72 / 4-7 Nights

Peak Season, Holidays, & Halloween Weekends $39 / overnight, $117 / 4-7 Nights
