The air is getting cooler and the sweaters are making their appearances once again - it's fall, y'all! There's no better season for camping than in the fall (no bias here at all!), due to cooler temperatures, cheaper rates, fewer crowds, and the variety of themed events we have planned at our North Carolina campground! This fall season, we also have 5 different themed weekends over the span of 11 weeks, where you can choose which theme is the perfect one for your family! Fall into Fun Weekends:

Fall is in the air! Come ring in the new season with Yogi Bear™, Cindy Bear™, and Boo Boo™ as the leaves change colors! Roll up your sleeves with a pumpkin rolling or smashing activity, customize a fall treat at our caramel apple station, and enjoy many other fall activities.
Halloween Weekends:
September 20 - October 27
It’s time to get spooky, campers! Jellystone Park™ has lots of fun and frightful activities in store. Gather up lots of yummy treats with trick-or-treating, or watch the Halloween magic come to life during the Magic Pumpkin Experience. Show your creepy creative side with our golf cart competition, site decorating, and costume contest! With lots of spooktacular events every weekend, you’ll be sure to have a BEARy scary time.
Pajama Jam Weekends:
November 1 - 3
The air is getting chilly, so help us put the bears to bed with a movie night, s’mores bonfire, and so many other cozy activities! Put on your comfiest PJs, snuggle up, and join us for a weekend of unforgettable memories under the starry sky!
Tailgate Takeover Weekend:
November 8 - 10
Help us honor our veterans with a tailgate takeover tribute! Celebrate the brave men and women who have served our country with a weekend of friendly competition. With a weekend-long tournament and commemorative tailgate, it’s a time to come together as a community. Don’t forget to write a letter to a veteran to thank them for their brave service to our nation!
Gobble ‘Til You Wobble Weekends:
November 15 - 24
Grab your family and friends to celebrate the spirit of giving at Jellystone Park™! Stuff your bear belly at the paw-sitively delicious potluck, run the Turkey Trot with your best pals, and give back to your community with our donation drive. This year, we’ll be gobbling up the Thanksgiving fun!
